Feetify is intended for adults 18+. Do not use the service if you are under 18 or the age of majority where you live. Do not direct our product or marketing at minors.

AI-generated & illustrative content

• Images and video from Feetify are created by AI, not photographs of real people, unless you explicitly upload your own media.
• Features such as "Feet Estimate" produce illustrative outputs for creative or entertainment purposes. They are not factual predictions, biometric measurements, or guarantees about any real person.
• Do not present AI output as a real photo, official document, or proof of identity. When sharing or advertising, follow the disclosure rules of each platform (many require that AI-generated or altered media be clearly labeled).

Not medical, health, or wellness advice

Feetify is not a medical device and does not provide medical, podiatric, dermatological, or other health advice. It is not for diagnosing, treating, or preventing any condition. For foot pain, skin concerns, circulation issues, diabetes-related care, or any health question, see a qualified professional.

Do not run ads or landing copy that imply clinical results, cures, or "before/after" health transformations. Keep claims to creative, entertainment, and styling value.

Uploads, consent & respect for others

• Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload images of others without their permission.
• Do not use Feetify to create, request, or distribute content that harms, harasses, sexualizes without consent, or violates applicable law.
• Our product and your use of it must comply with our policies and the rules of app stores, ad networks, and social platforms you use.

Content standards (incl. sensitive & body-related)

We design Feetify for playful AI feet images and toe polish styling experiments. Content that crosses into exploitative, non-consensual, violent, or illegal territory is prohibited. We do not position the product to shame, ridicule, or exploit people for how they look.

Advertising & third-party policies

If you run paid ads (for example on Meta, Google, or TikTok), you are responsible for complying with each platform's advertising policies, including rules on adult content, personal attributes, health claims, political/social issues, and AI transparency. Use honest creative: do not fake reviews, inflate numbers, or imply results we do not deliver.
