Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (App Store)

If you obtain Feetify through the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (the Apple Licensed Application EULA or Standard EULA) applies as published by Apple. Rizz Apps LLC is the licensor of the app to the extent described in that agreement. The agreement is a legal document between you and Apple Inc.; we do not post it in full here so you always see the current version.

Additional terms (Feetify, web and service)

The following terms apply to your use of Feetify’s website, web app, and online services, and supplement (do not replace) the Apple EULA and any applicable Google Play or other store terms. If anything conflicts, the stricter or more specific store rule or applicable law may apply.

Acceptance

By using Feetify, you agree to these additional terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Disclosures & acceptable use page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What we provide

Feetify provides AI-based creative tools (including image and video style outputs). Outputs are computer-generated, may be imperfect, and are provided for personal and non-commercial use unless you have our prior written permission for something else. We may change, suspend, or end features to improve safety, quality, or compliance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your country) to use Feetify. Do not use the service if you are not allowed to under local law.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may limit, verify, or close accounts to prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our policies.

Purchases and credits

In-app or subscription purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or other stores under their own terms and refund rules. The web app may not offer the same purchase methods; where we direct you to the mobile app to buy credits or subscriptions, those platform terms apply. See our in-product messaging for the current setup.

Your content and our license to operate the service

You may upload or provide images or other inputs. You must have the rights to do so and you must not use Feetify in a way that harms or impersonates others. To run the product, you grant Rizz Apps LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your content and create outputs, strictly as needed to provide and protect the service, under our Privacy Policy.

Restrictions

You will not use Feetify to break the law, harass anyone, build non-consensual or sexual content targeting real people, or attempt to break or probe our systems. We may remove content or block conduct that violates our policies or the rules of the app stores, ad networks, or platforms you use. More detail: Disclosures & acceptable use.

The service and all outputs are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee accuracy, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. Feetify is not medical or professional advice. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.

Changes

We may update these additional terms. We will post the new version on this page and may give notice in the app. Continued use after changes can mean you accept the update.
